Le Marché St. George, which also made to the Top 5 Best Cafes complied by Monocle, has gained a lot of loving attention from neighbours and loyal clienteles since its launch as following to Klee I had spoken with who is one of the owners running the cafe with her sister. She told me that Le Marché St. George is supposed to be a "grocery store," as regarding the business licence. Which is why the initial plan to be a cafe with coffee, tea and pastry on menu had to be modified a little bit, yet, it just added even more unique flavour to the identity of Le Marché St. George as it is not just another coffee shop but it has local, cool artisan groceries including Noble Handcrafted's maple syrup and Jerky Baron's beef jerky. Overall, my experience at Le Marché St. George was very delightful and pleasant. It's lovely to have such a calming and relaxing lil' place around the neighbourhood. If you live or happen to be in Vancouver, make sure to check it out in 4393 St. George St. If not, click here to visit its website to see the gorgeous interior designs and delicious menus.
I finally visited Le Marché St. George, one of the must-visit cafes on my list, after longing for a long time. In short, I loved it. It is filled with vintage furniture, great selection of domestic and international merchandises, affordable and reasonable menus, and most importantly, flavourful coffees and teas. There's nothing not to love about it. Seriously.

I just discovered this men's clothing boutique "Haberdash," which is aiming to deliver a timeless and classic menswear that can be worn for a long time. It offers the finest quality of men's clothes, shoes and accessories from carefully curated and collected brands including Brooks, Common Projects and Sandqvist. It has opened its second store in Stockholm, Sweden with the minimized and concentrated space that represents its refined and polished style. Looking through the photos of it almost gives you a feeling that you are sneaking a peek of a best-dressed man's closet. I don't know what the secret is, but the Scandinavians always seem to incorporate minimal and sleek designs with brand identities regardless of the field. Whenever I see Scandinavian fashion, furniture and interior designs, I can't stop dreaming of visiting Sweden, Denmark and Finland. I hope to post my travel diary of these countries soon on BEYUNIQUE!

When I studied Fashion Designs back in the university, I got to learn the history of fashion from the era of early civilizations to Millennium by each decade which made me fascinated and intrigued with distinctive stories and
styles. 1970s was one of my favorite fashionable time period with a variety of wide-collared shirts, bell-bottom flares, midi- or maxi-skirts, towering platform heels and glamorous accessories that were inspired by disco music and hippies.
As a shopper living in the year of 2012, I'm always keen on the hunt for something more chic than cute. When I found this wide-legged jumpsuit from a vintage store, my eyes were captivated immediately with its 70s-inspired charm. Although I knew that it has to be taken off completely if I am in need of taking care of the "private business", the fact that it has easy-to-wear yet chic-and-coolness was pretty hard to resist. By styling a jumpsuit with a leather jacket, wide belt and/or platform heels, you can easily create 70's style just as even more edgier, modernized and rejuvenating.
